Get Unexpected Error When Accessing 'PO Change History' in Customized Responsibility (Doc ID 2344921.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3:

When attempting to access 'PO Change History' in the customized responsibility, the following error occurs.

ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to the customized Responsibility> Purchase Orders > PO Change History.

2.Then Error "You have encountered an unexpected error" prompted.

3. Below is  error page exception details.
