Symptoms
Backdate issue when offer has shipped Date From and Shipped Date To, no offer dates.
When we do a back date it should consider pricing on sales orders based on the ship dates and shipped dates to and not from offer back date start date.
Example:
Shipped Date From - 01-AUG-2017
Shipped Date To - 30-SEP-2017
So basically the offer created using shipped dates, now when we back date it takes offer start date. As the offer is created for shipped dates only, when we back date it should have mapped to shipped date from.
============
In the above scenario what we want to explain is when offer start date and end date is not a mandatory field, then why does back date got mapped to offer start data? Even if offer has shipped date from and shipped date to is there. Which is in header information when offer is created.
Offer start date and offer end date is even not in offer header information, it is in additional information section.
So why did not adjustment took the back date info same as shipped date from, which is in offer header.
