Symptoms

When attempting to forward an email using E-Mail Center, the following error occurs.

Error:

The primary_party_id XXXXX must be the same as the contact_party_id XXXXX for single person interactions

Steps:

1. Select Interaction
2. Open email Message
3. Click on Forward
Spell checker automatically starts. Fix spell error if any and press Apply.
