Symptoms

In Enter Journals form, 'ENTER JOURNALS: VALUE ADDED TAX' journal line DFF cannot be accessed with the mouse.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Setup the 'ENTER JOURNALS: VALUE ADDED TAX' DFF via GL > Setup > Flexfields > Descriptive > Segments
2. Open Enter Journal form, enter journal lines, use mouse to select line level DFF, nothing happens
