On : 12.2.4 version, MES Instructions
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are not able to access the instructions section when we access 'View work content' or 'View Job Details' pages.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to view the work content instructions
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)EMR WIP MES Operator RAC > Dispatch List > Select a Job > Select ‘View Work Content’ > Click ‘Go’
2)Work Content Page opens > Click on Instructions icon.
3)When clicking on Instructions button, nothing happens.
