Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version,

When attempting to split lot based jobs, the following error occurs.

PROCESS_LOTS failed
CALL_INF_SCH_OR_SET_SCH_DATE returned 1
ORA-01476: Divisor Is Equal To Zero (reader#80) In Package Wsm_infinite_scheduler_pvt Procedure


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. split jobs
2. observe error
