OTATAEDB: Enrollment Summary Form Returns Duplicate Enrollees

On : 12.1.3 version, Enrollment Admin
Enrollment summary form is showing duplicated data.
Also different results are returned when querying the data in different ways, e.g. Class start and finish date and Training Centre, with %P% in enollment status we get the delegates as W:Placed (the old RM status) and with their previous RM Delegate Asg Org. (Attached Report 1)
However if we run the report against one of the classes identified in the first list we get the same list of delegates for that class. However their Status is show as ‘Joining Instructions’ rather than ‘placed’ and in the Delegate Asg Org field it shows WAP. (Attached report 2)
Steps to Recreate the Issue
1. Oracle Training Administration responsibility
2. Enrollments > Enrollment Summary
3. Fill in the form to run the query
