Symptoms

When attempting to run Validate Application Accounting Definitions, the following error occurs:


95617: The validation process has encountered an internal error.

 

The FND Debug log shows the following:


xla.plsql.xla_cmp_create_pkg.CreateSpecPackage ERROR: XLA_CMP_PACKAGE_LOCKED
fnd.plsql.APP_EXCEPTION.RAISE_EXCEPTION.dict_auto_log -: XLA-95601: A timeout occurred while waiting to lock the library package XLA_00222_AAD_C_011121_PKG. Please retry the operation.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Cntrol > Requests > Run

  1. Run Validate Application Accounting Definitions
