Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
iStore run-time catalog UI does not show price for items.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect price to be fetched from a Price List attached to customer "Ship To" Level.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Add a price list to customer Ship To address level
2. Setup Profile, IBE: Use Customer Account Price List = Yes
3. Login to istore and see null prices for items
