AutoSync Is Not Downloading Tasks To MFS When Assigned To Technicians Within EBS

On : 12.2.6 Synchronization

Tasks assigned to Technicians within EBS are not visible in OMFS App when AutoSync is enabled.

The assigned tasks should get downloaded to the MFS app automatically.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the following profile options
CSM: Automatic Synchronization Interval for Data Download = 2 minutes
CSM: Automatic Synchronization Interval for Data Upload = 2 minutes
CSM: Enable Auto Sync = Yes.
2. Assign a task to a technician in EBS ( Service request form)
3. Wait 2+ minutes.   
4. The task is not downloaded to the MFS app.
