BI Publisher stopped working and has become non-responsive.

Last email for processed jobs is days before.

The bipublisher.log file contains the following error:

Database Connection failed: weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolDisabledSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDisabledException: Pool bip_datasource is Suspended, cannot allocate resources to applications..
