Problem Statement
After Upgraded to 12.2.7, below error occurs on To Sub field in ASN Express Receipt page

Unsuccessful row construction

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create ASN with LPN
  2. Navigate to WMS Mobile: Inbound -> Express Receive -> ASN
  3. Enter ASN Num
  4. Enter LPN
  5. Enter % or press Ctrl+L to do a list of values for the "To Sub" field or enter some specific Subinventory name
  6. Error occurs.

This issue occurs after upgraded to 12.2.7.
