Non Recoverable Taxes not Adding to Item Cost after Applying Receipt On Bill Of Entry(BOE) (Doc ID 2346165.1)

Non recoverable taxes not adding to item cost.

Non recoverable should get add to item cost.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PO, attach GST taxes and approve PO.
2. Create BOE against PO and confirm the BOE.
3. Validate, made payment to custom authority for system generated invoice.
4. Create receipt and apply BOE.
5. Deliver the Receipt
6. Check mtl_transactions_interface table, no tax entries inserted.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users not able to see non recoverable taxes adding to item cost.


As per standard process non recoverable taxes should insert into mtl_transactions_interface table.
But in customer environment non recoverable taxes not insert into mtl_transactions_interface table..

Run below query and check the tax entries inserted into interface table or not after material delivery 

SELECT transaction_interface_id
FROM mtl_transactions_interface
WHERE rcv_transaction_id=&delivery_transaction_id
