On : 12.1.1 version, Upgrade related issues
When attempting to upgrading EBS 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1, the following error occurs.
Running the upgrade driver.
ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:
FAILED: file afgstusr.sql on worker 1.
ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.
