The Service Start Value is Not Defaulting to 'Calendar Month' When the Contract is Created From Order Mangement (Doc ID 2346392.1)

Symptoms

The customer has setup the Global Contract Defaults to default "Calendar Month" as the Service Start value. However, this setup is not defaulting the "Calendar Month" as the Service Start in the Partial Period section under Pricing/Billing tab when the Contracts are created from Order Management.
