Attachments In Master Items Not Showing On Edit Requistiion Page (Doc ID 2346477.1)

Symptoms

On iProcurement 12.2.6 When viewing requisition lines from the Edit and Submit Requisition page, the line attachment is not showing

The attachments should be showing, since the item in Master item has an attachment on it.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an item in Purchasing with an attachment
2. Go to iProcurement and create a requisition.
3. After adding the item to cart, can see in the requisition lines page that the attachment is not showing


Due to this issue, users cannot see the attachment in the Edit and Submit Requisition page.
