Find Resource HTML Pages Only Allow Employee And Supplier Contact (Doc ID 2346496.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.5 - Field Service Engineer Portal:

Find Resource HTML pages only allows 'Employee' and 'Supplier Contact'.  

After an import performed, the system has third party technicians all set as category "Other".

In the Field Service HTML pages it is not possible to search by category "Other".

Expected Behavior:

In the Field Service HTML pages, users should be able to search by category "Other".

Steps:

(R) Field Service Manager
(N) Field Service Setup > Field Service Resource Setup

HTML call:
OA.jsp?page=/oracle/apps/csf/admin/resource/search/webui/ResSearchPG&akRegionApplicationId=513&addBreadCrumb=Y&cmeSaveBC=Y&OASF=CSF_RES_SRCH

 - Function: CSF_RES_SRCH function
 - The agents review the "certification roles" the technician has to ensure they are qualified they would not add or change only view normally
