Some Of The Fields Are Not Showing Under Party Information Tab In Contact Center

Why in Contact Center, some of the fields itself are not showing and few fields not populating any data under 'Party Information' tab when we select view details as 'contact'? Also the 'Details' button is disabled.
But when the select view details as 'Customer', party information tab is showing all the data and also the 'Details' button is enabled.
