Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 , Mobile User Management

When attempting to create a new MFS user the following error occurs.

User Creation Error: <username> java.sql.SQLException: ORA-04063: package body "APPS.CSM_TIME_ENTRY_EVENT_PKG" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.CSM_TIME_ENTRY_EVENT_PKG"
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ASG_HELPER", line 147
ORA-06512: at line 1


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the manages mobile users program to create a new MFS user
