Promise Date Field Is Disabled in Mass Promise Tab (Doc ID 2346923.1)

Symptoms

When selecting multiple invoices and trying to enter a Mass Promise, the fields in the Mass Promise tab reflect the selected invoices, but the Promise Date is null cannot be changed.


APP-IEX-240194 You must enter a date and an amount to create a promise to pay


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation
: Collections

  1. From the Transactions tab, select multiple invoices and select Payment Processing.
  2. Click on the Mass Promise Tab, and the fields are all inactive and the Promise Date cannot be entered.
