On 12.1.3, Claims

After settlement through Mass Settlement, some of the claims still have  an amount even though it was cleared.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go into Mass settlement
2. Settled the claims and was cleared in AR
3. Some claims still have an amount after it was cleared in TM
