Service Order Attached To Service Request Had Blank Value In OE_order_headers_all.ORIG_SYS_DOCUMENT_REF (Doc ID 2347033.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In old Production system (12.1.3), when booking a service order attached to a service request, the oe_order_headers_all.ORIG_SYS_DOCUMENT_REF column was populated with the service request number.

OBSERVATION
---------------
On new Production system (12.2.5), when booking a service order attached to a service request, the oe_order_headers_all.ORIG_SYS_DOCUMENT_REF column is no longer populated.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see oe_order_headers_all.ORIG_SYS_DOCUMENT_REF column with new upgraded to 12.2.5.
Should be the same as previous release 12.1.3.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Navigate to Service Request -> Service Requests -> Create Service Request. Create the service request
2. Navigate to Depot Repair -> Repair Orders -> Input the request number generated when you save the service request from
    Create the Service Order
3. Navigate to the Logistics Tab on the Service Order -> Progress the return line to Entered Status
4. Double click the order number that is populated on that line. This opens the Sales Order form. Navigate to the
    "Others" tab -> highlight Order Source Reference -> click Help -> Diagnostics -> Examine -> type ORIG_SYS_DOCUMENT_REF and verify data is populated
5. Navigate back to Repair Order -> Progress the ship line to Entered Status
6. Double click the order number that is populated on that line. This opens the Sales Order form. Navigate to the
    "Others" tab -> highlight Order Source Reference -> click Help -> Diagnostics -> Examine -> type ORIG_SYS_DOCUMENT_REF and verify data is NOT populated

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users need clarification if this column been obsoleted, and if so, what column in the
oe_order_headers_all should be used to reference the attached service request?
