E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Desktop Integrator, WebADI related issues
After an upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to 12.2 when users open any page under the Desktop Integrator responsibility, the background graphic and display of the OAF Page is completely white.
Users do not see the expected E-Business suite blue graphic display layout.

E-Business Suite upgrade from 11i to 12.2 was completed.
