Jbo-26048 Error When Creating Category Mapping

Symptoms

On iProcurement Catalog Administrator 12.2.5 when attempting to map to shopping category, the following error occurs:


 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.DMLConstraintException: JBO-26048: Constraint "ICX_POR_BATCH_JOBS_U1" violated during post operation:"Insert" using SQL Statement "INSERT INTO icx_por_batch_jobs(JOB_NUMBER,SUPPLIER_ID,SUPPLIER_FILE_NAME,EXCHANGE_FILE_NAME,ITEMS_LOADED,ITEMS_FAILED,JOB_STATUS,SUBMISSION_DATETIME,HOST_IP_ADDRESS,JOB_TYPE,CREATED_BY,CREATION_DATE,LAST_UPDATED_BY,LAST_UPDATE_DATE,REQUEST_ID,LAST_UPDATE_LOGIN) VALUES (:1,:2,:3,:4,:5,:6,:7,:8,:9,:10,:11,:12,:13,:14,:15,:16)".

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement Catalog Administrator > Scheme > Category Mapping > Purchasing Category
2. Search for a category
3. Choose category and click apply
4. Error occurs

Due to this issue, users cannot map shopping categories.
