Expenditure items that were created in Pre-Approved Batch cannot be looked up in the Pre-Approved batch form.

In Pre-Approved Batch when entering the expenditure group to look up the previously entered expenditure batch the expenditure group is not found.

The expenditure group is found in the tables pa_expenditures_all and pa_expenditure_items_all but not in pa_expenditure_groups_all.
