Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Framework, OA Framework related issues

 

 

 

 



Users report some Self Service (OSSWA) pages do not timeout per the setting for profile option 'ICX: SESSION TIMEOUT'.

Other SSWA pages and Oracle Forms timeout as expected.


The user community expects all self service pages to timeout after being idle for more time than the setting for profile option 'ICX: SESSION TIMEOUT'.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application.
2. Access a self service page.
3. Leave the page idle for more than the setting for profile option 'ICX: SESSION TIMEOUT'.
