Mobile App Displays Message Name for Custom Error Messages Instead of Message Text (Doc ID 2348813.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:
When a custom message is triggered in the Self Service Human Resources Mobile Application, the Message Name is shown and not the Message Text

Example of what is shown (Message Name):

JPB_TEST_MOBILE_LOA_MSG

Example of what is expected (Message Text):

This is a test message for Mobile Absences

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Mobile Employee Self-Service

  2.  Navigate > Create Absence > Select Absence Type
     
  3.  Trigger Error based on custom user hook setup.
