Item Update Error After Patch 26798404 FND_VIEWOBJECT_NOT_FOUND And/Or JBO-25013 (Doc ID 2348825.1)

Symptoms

When trying to review Overview page after simple search in Product Data Hub the following errors occur:

 
Errors
a. Message not found. Application: FND, Message Name: FND_VIEWOBJECT_NOT_FOUND. Tokens: VONAME = EgoFilterMRPVOItemDetailImage; APPLICATION_MODULE = oracle.apps.ego.common.server.EgoFilterMRAM;

b. oracle.jbo.TooManyObjectsException: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[2310189 43 2 ].


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Development Manager > Item Simple Search
2. Search for Item and try to view the Overview tab.
3. Error Occurs

NOTE: Issue can occur after applying Patch 26798404
