Receivables Creating Customer Site Error With "Screen Reader Optimized" (Doc ID 2349261.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Customers Module

We have system profile "Self Service Accessibility Features" setup as "Screen Reader Optimized" as site level

After completing address, selecting a value from List of Values of “Business Purpose” field, we
 encounter the following error when creating a new customer site.

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.
See java exception below.

Client wants to keep the profile Screen Reader Optimized
If we update this profile to "NONE", then we can continue to create a new customer site same as in R12.1.3. - No error.
as per < Note 2143359.1>

We should be able to create/update customer site without modifying such system profile.

NAVIGATION PATH TO REPRODUCE

(R) System Administrator -> Set profile Self Service Accessibility Feature to "Screen Reader Optimized"

(R) Receivables Manager -> Create Customer with a Site Use.  Select  a Business Purpose value and save.  Error occurs.
