DQM: Release 12: Unable To Find New Customers in Data Quality Management (DQM) Search On Customer Standard Form or Oracle Customers Online

Symptoms
DQM has been enabled.
Created a new customer account in Receivables Customers form. Attempting to query the party in Oracle Customers Online and in the Receivables Customers form and it is not displaying.
If DQM is not used, the customer is immediately displaying in the query results.
The DQM Profiles are set as follows.
HZ: Enable DQM Party Search is set to YES
HZ: Match Rule for Organization for Simple Search HZ_DQM_ORG_SIMPLE_MATCHRULE',
HZ: Match Rule for Organization for Advanced Search 'HZ_DQM_ORG_ADV_MATCHRULE',
HZ: Match Rule for Person Simple Search 'HZ_DQM_PER_SIMPLE_MATCHRULE',
HZ: Match Rule for Person for Advanced Search 'HZ_DQM_PER_ADV_MATCHRULE')
HZ: Match rule for Organization Duplicate Prevention set to Sample : Search
HZ: Match Rule for Person Duplicate Prevention Sample : Search
HZ: Duplicates allowed = No
After a period of time, the customer will appear in the query results, but the need is for immediate query results on the new customers created.
