ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
With JWS (Java Web Start) installed, unable to digitally sign documents (purchase requisitions) when using the Edge browser.Can click "Approve", then click "Sign", but nothing happens after clicking "Sign".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
We should be able to digitally sign documents while using any browser
