Symptoms
On : 12.2.4.33.4 version, Runtime Core
When attempting to launch Configurator from iStore, the following error occurs. When attempting to launch from the sales order line, the child processing window just hangs. The problem had been originally reported after several CPU patches were applied in the instance. Not all models fail to launch, several are impacted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to iStore responsibility
2. Enter appropriate information
3. Click on the Configurator button
4. Error occurs (or in the case of Order management, it just hangs)
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the configuration of models. This means the order cannot be booked and processed for revenue.
