Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Unable to select Approve or Reject in physical inventory adjustments.

Steps
1) INV(N) Counting > Physical Inventory > Approve Adjustments
In Approve Physical Adjustments Summary form, open physical inventory
"None" is selected for all items by default

2) Click approve or reject, the following message is displayed
FRM-40200: Field is protected against update.

Approve All/Reject All button also does not work.
