Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Forms for App Technology
Migrated and upgraded database from one server to another.
Database upgraded from RDBMS 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2.
Getting error below in the custom Payroll Interface program.
ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-20100: ORA-20100: Temporary file creation for FND_FILE failed.
Directory &FILE_DIR is invalid, contact your system administrator.
Action: Check that the directory is a valid directory with write permission.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Clicking the "browse" button on the Payroll interface and submitting custom program.
