Missing Offers When Using the Pattern Search Engine

Find that an offer(s) is not showing in QP_LDETS_V when pattern search is enabled.
Call to pricing is made through the API QP_PREQ_PUB.PRICE_REQUEST
WHAT DOES WORK
Find that when pattern search is disabled, the offer is present in QP_LDETS_V
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run concurrent request which runs code to call the API QP_PREQ_PUB.PRICE_REQUEST
find that an offer is not shown.
