Symptoms

 When executing the Benefits ACA Archive Process, find that it errors with:

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: :

ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MESSAGE", line 509
ORA-06512: at "APPS.BEN_ACA_PERSON", line 6900
ORA-06512: at line 1

This GRE has data related validation errors logged into the concurrent program log. Please correct, then purge and re run archive the GRE for transmission
