R12.1:CE: Cash Management Help Window Fails

On : 12.1.3 version, Other Issues
When attempting to access the Help form,
the following error occurs.
Help target US/CE/@CEXCABMR_HEADERS_STACKED_QF could not be found.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility Cash Management
2. Path: Bank Statements and Reconciliation
3. Go to Help -> Window Help
4. Open the form and search for window help.
Noticed the same issue when trying from other responsibility (MMHK Cash Management Manager).
The issue occurs with other responsibilities related to Cash Management but it is working fine for Payables and Receivables.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access the Help form
