Business Intelligence Publisher 11g, Enterprise Administration System Configuration issues





After a recent OS patch on the Windows Server 2012 host, BI Publisher will only start in admin mode.

BI Publisher will not start completely, and the following errors are observed in the log: D:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_BI\bifoundation\jee\xmlpserver.ear (The system cannot find the file specified)
