On : 12.2.5 version, Expenditure Processing

When attempting to run ADM: Rebuild Project Search Intermedia Index Program,
the following error occurs.

DRG-10502: index PA.PA_PROJECT_CTX_SEARCH_C1 does not exist
ORA-06512: at line 14

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Projects Responsibility
2. Submit Program ADM: Rebuild Project Search Intermedia Index
