Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to submit request and open the parameter LOV using custom responsibility where custom menu is attached, following error occurs.

No entries found for List of Values

 The error occurs when opening the parameter LOV that uses FND_SESSIONS for the value set table validation.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Create custom menu.
     e.g.
     System Administrator Responsibility
     (N) Application > Menu
     Menu: XXMENU
     User Menu Name: SLAB_RETRO
     Seq: 1
     Prompt: Run
     Submenu: Concurrent request Menu

  2.  Create custom responsibility.
     e.g.
     System Administrator Responsibility
     (N) Security > Responsibility > Define
     Responsibility Name: XXRESPONSIBILITY
     Menu: XXMENU
     
  3.  Login with responsibility created in step 2 above and go to Submit Request form
     (N) Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Submit Single Request
      Specify concurrent program name and open Parameter LOV.
