Order Movement Sequence Is Not Generated As Expected When It Is Created From Parent Domain

Symptoms
When creating an Order Movement in child domain from parent domain the BN_RULE is selected from parent domain.
The BN_RULE is expected to be selected from child domain.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter in parent domain
2. Create an Order Base in child domain
3. Select the Order Base and go to Actions, Order Management, Manage Buy Order Movement, With Best Itinerary
The BN_SEQUENCE table with BN_CONTEXT as Order Release XID shows BN_RULE from sub-domain has been selected.
