Error When Changing Service Request Type in Create SR Page in Email Center (Doc ID 2352787.1)

Symptoms

When creating a Service Request in Email Center and changing the Service Request Type in the SR creation page, the following error is displayed.

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your system administrator"
