Symptoms
On : 12.1.3.4 version, Pick Drop
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Scenario: Sales order line qty 200 & over shipment tolerance 20%. Performed Pick Load on 1st LPN, qty 190. 2nd LPN, qty 60 also loaded. System did not prevent 2nd LPN from being loaded, even though this exceeded the 20% over shipment tolerance. Users get an over shipment tolerance error at the time of ship confirm. This issue is occurring in our production environment after an upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3 with RUP/RPC 4. Issue does not happen in out test 12.1.2 environment. Even after applying INV and WMS RUP 16 patches, issue still occurs.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the system will not all 2nd LPN to be loaded, during Pick Load, since it does exceed the shipping tolerance %.
STEPS
-----------------------
See behavior above.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
