Symptoms
User is creating RMA with reference to AR invoice. Entered return reason. Select 'Invoice' as reference. Select invoice number & invoice line number. No change in quantity. Saved record. Getting error message:.'
ERROR

The quantity cannot be a decimal number in
the primary unit of measure of the item. The item is setup as
indivisible in the primary unit of measure.'
Note: Item's primary UOM is Piece & selling UOM is case. Reference AR invoice & sales order against which this invoice has been created is having fractional quantity. Still, system is not allowing to take same quantity in RMA.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Orders Workbench > Orders, Returns > Create RMA with reference to AR invoice > Enter return reason > Select 'Invoice' as reference > Select invoice number & invoice line number > No change in quantity >Save record >
3. Receive error
