Unable To Change Tax Category on Receipt (Doc ID 2352938.1)

Symptoms

System is not allowing to change the Tax Category on India Tax Details while creation of Receipt.

After selecting Receipt Quantity go to India Tax details. On Receipt, Tax category is defaulting from PO. But when user changes the Tax category and and choose new Tax Category from LOV and Save, Old Tax category is automatically coming.
