Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 and above versions, When running Customer Interface (RACUST) an error occurs.

Error in Call ZX_PTP_IMPORT.IMPORT_WRAPPER for VALIDATE :ORA-00907 in customer interface

When importing customer's tax information from country CH (Switzerland) an error 'Error in Call ZX_PTP_IMPORT.IMPORT_WRAPPER for VALIDATE :ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis' occurs.
