xla_ae_lines_pkg.BusinessFlowPriorEntries. ORA-01403: no data found.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in EBS
2. Switch to Payable Responsibility
3. Click Request -> Submit New Request
4. Execute Request (Create Accounting)

Due to this issue, users cannot manage to create the accounting.
