Settlement Batch Accompanying Letter: Parameter 'Settlement Batch Reference' shows 'No entries found for List of Values' (Doc ID 2353521.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to submit request "Settlement Batch Accompanying Letter", there's no entry to be found under the 'Settlement Batch Reference' LOV (List of Values).
The following error occurs.

ERROR

No entries found for List of Values.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Responsibility: Funds Capture Process Manager

2. Open request "Settlement Batch Accompanying Letter"

3. Open LOV for parameter "Settlement Batch Reference".



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send letters to the customers whose accounts were debited.
