Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Accounting

'Create Accounting' in projects triggered old journals from 2 years back

We are in the midst of UAT for 12.1 to 12.2.6 upgrade project and the user ran 'PRC: Create Accounting' which then triggered 'Accounting Program' which created entries in SLA that are 2 years old.
