RACUST: ATTRIBUTE Columns in RA_CUSTOMERS_INTERFACE_ALL WILL BE PLACED ONLY IN ONE TABLE AT ACCOUNT LEVEL
Last updated on FEBRUARY 12, 2018
Applies to:
Oracle Trading Community - Version 12.1.0 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
Prior to Release 12.1 the values placed in the interface table RA_CUSTOMERS_INTERFACE_ALL columns CUSTOMER_ATTRIBUTE_1..20 and ADDRESS_ATTRIBUTE_1..20 where written to multiple HZ database tables.
In Release 12, changes have been made so that the interface columns only write data into the same HZ tables that the Customer form writes to when the DFF (descriptive Flexfields) that also use these database columns are setup.
